Habibi Mover processes personal data to coordinate moves, payments, and customer support. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interest in fraud prevention, and consent where required.

What we collect

• Identity & contact details you provide (name, phone, email).
• Move facts (addresses, inventory descriptions, timing).
• Payment metadata processed by Stripe—card data never touches our servers.
• Technical logs for security (IP, device headers) with limited retention.

Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction. Email privacy@habibimover.com with verification details.

Retention

Contracts and invoices are retained for legal and accounting periods; marketing contacts are removed on request; telemetry rolls off on a 90-day cadence unless security investigation requires longer hold.
